One member's experience with herbs

Here is a Testimonial from a mother, N.N. of massachusetts:

About ten years ago, I came upon a course that Night Life was offering, Improving health through Herbs and Nutrition. The purpose of taking this course was to find a way to help my husband give up smoking. I did not succeed. But, taking this course was one of the best things that ever happened to me.

Once I was through with this course, I kept in touch with my teacher, Elaine. She helped me and guided in several ways to understand the value of using herbs in our daily lives. In the beginning, I was confused and did not understand why one has to use so many in the course of the day. Afterwards, I realized that they are not like drug pills and that in order for these herbs to work, one has to use more than one or a few with each meal.

I was taking a prescription drug for high cholesterol. After a while, I was supposed to change it to something else, because the doctor thought, it might be affecting my liver. With advise, I started taking Red Yeast Rice and a few others (I do not recall). The next time I went for a check up, the result was very good. I also had problem with my thyroid, and that too came under control with herbs.

I came to know in order for herbs to be most effective, one should do a Cleanse (either liver or general) at least once a year, which I try to follow. I also found out, for herbs to be effective, one should eat the right kind of food suited for the individual. For that, getting to know one's blood type is a must. I keep a chart on one side of the refrigerator door, and try to follow whatever way I can. For example I found out people with 'O' blood type need more meat than others.
Over the years myself and my family members have used a number of herbs with guidance with positive results. I wish I found out about this even earlier.

A few years ago, I did the BTA (Biological Terrain Assessment) which I thought was a very good thing to do. Other family members also did the same. After that I went to the Kinesiologist who did muscle testing which guided me to the herbs most necessary and suitable for my system. I have been following them ever since with good results. Periodically I go back to her when I can and I hope to continue to do so. Again, my family members have done that though less frequently.
We have nothing but to gain from all these. I wish more and more people could get to know about this.

The NSP has a very good water purification system. The water is very tasty. Anyone can tell the difference. Someday I hope to have one of my own.

The Seminars are very interesting and knowledgeable, only I wish more and more people would come to know about it.
People who get started with herbs should be patient and should not expect instant results. Only then, they will be a winner in the long run.
