More FAST FOOD

HEALTHY SNACKS!
Everyone always asks - so what CAN I eat thats fast and healthy? AND good enough kids will like?
send YOUR ideas!!!!
here are some more of mine:

Trader Joes- Red Pepper Spread -mix with 0% fat Greek style yogurt -
dip in Trader Joe multi-seed soy flavored Rice crackers or Rice savory thins
or any veggies
Rice cakes and Almond butter
nuts (NOT peanuts!) sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds dried cranberries

SANDWICH
veggies chopped fine with chopped fine lettuce,
In a bowl mix equal parts tahini and water till creamy then add in slowly lemon juice till desired , sea-salt and pepper optional
stir into veggies till enough to hold veggies together. Can stir in fat free TJ feta cheese or other cheese, grated if desired.

core apples (do not peel) mix a few raisins with raw Oatmeal, NSP xylitol or NSP stevia, cinnamon .place in small baking dish add water about 1/2 inch to dish
bake at 400% till apple is soft. serve hot with greek style yogurt ,with a dusting of cinnamon

Deviled eggs
halve , mash yolk with mustard and a little mayo (fat free is good) add hot sauce if deisred
put back in whites, sprinkle with paprika

Hummus and veggies sticks or rye crisp or pita

cold cooked sweet potato slices - bake a bunch at once take out and toaster oven them if you do not like cold

frozen bananas- peel when very ripe, wrap in plastic and freeze. slice and sprinkle with nutmeg and eat immediately ( like banana ice cream!)
variation is to roll in honey and nuts or create your own variation!
try frozen grapes- they are like little popsicles!

Smoothies
blend in blender
1/2 cup plain yogurt, 1/2 cup frozen berries 1/2 frozen banana add vanilla if desired or NSP THAI go juice
