Fasting for cleansing

In answer to queries on things that would be helpful when doing a fruit and vegetable fast for a week here is
Fasting Aids
Drink plenty of lemon in water. Try in hot water first thing in morning for a change.
Lemon moves mucus from body, alkalizes body, stimulates and cleans liver
Can also try Lemon Cleanse drink :
1 cup each of FRESH lemon juice, PURE maple syrup in a gallon container, fill with 3 qts water.
*Optional-Can sprinkle a dash of Capsicum on glassful OR take a capsule of Capsicum
(cayenne red pepper) which moves to all areas of the body and stimulates cleansing of vascular system. Can also feel energizing. Drink 12 cups daily for maximum effect.

THAI GO juice- ($54.95-2 bottles, 25 oz each) Extremely high in antioxidants from mangosteen, grapes and grapeseeds, wolfberry/gogi fruit and 7 other fruits.
Anti-inflammatory,pH alkalizing, energizing and aids in body’s immune defense system
