WeightLoss

Don't know where to start? Here are a few ideas. Pick one, make it happen and let it become a habit, then add a new one.
1. Do a cleanse- this will help your liver be better able to break down the fat you are trying to lose. Many times I hear people say they lost weight while cleansing. Dieter's Cleanse is the obvious one but even just doing the Liver Cleanse formula and some Psyllium capsules or powder is useful. Another favorite is the 14 day Tiao He Cleanse program. Also consider if you need a candida cleanse. Candida Clear will reduce that craving for sugar, starch, and excess dairy ( cheese!) Cleansing can be done every 4 weeks if desired.
2. Drop all the excess JUNK! bread, crackers, pasta, soda, candy, etc. Eat veggies, fruit and protein with a minimum of starch. Ezeikiel bread is high fiber and a great choice. Keep it in the freezer and lightly toast when wanted
3. Boost your Metabolism- Exercise as often as possible some weight lifting type, some cardio ( think of walking fast or dancing hard) at least 30 minutes a day or break up into 10 min workouts even. Take MetaboMax Plus or MetaboMax Free to continue the boost in metabolism.
4. Replace sugar in your house with NSP Xylitol (40% of the calories of sugar) and Stevia ( NO calories) - two natural sweeteners that are safe for diabetics, those fighting candida and those interested in reducing calories. NSP has bulk of both these plus xylitol gums, mints in several flavors, and delicious dark chocolate bars in two flavors.
5. Support the Adrenals- craving sweets or salty things when stressed? try Adrenal support or NutriCalm to feed the adrenals and stop this craving when stressed.
6. Replace one meal a day with a protein product-there are 3 to choose from. Nutri Burn contains additional herbs and vitamins to help with fat burning but also useful are SynerProtein and the new Love and Peas (vegan approved)
7. Keep Carbo Grabbers and Fat Grabbers on your shelf. These are very useful to take before eating those occasional treats we are faced with at parties and restaurants
8.Join Weight Watchers- even just for a few months. They have a very good system for keeping a balanced diet. I prefer their CORE plan which is simple- eat reasonable amounts of most all fruits vegetables, protein and non-fat dairy items then "count" any breads, fats (after your 2 teaspoons of healthy fat a day) and refined sugar or alcohol choices.
There's some ideas to get you started- For even more in-depth information order the NSP Weight Loss booklet (# 5322-1) and get more ideas. Help get America off the top of the Obesity list!
